Overview
Prior to beginning this course you should have already completed HACCP Level 2, which means you understand the essential controls that keep food safe on a daily basis. This course builds on that foundation and takes you into the world of supervision, where your decisions, your communication, and your consistency directly influence the safety of the entire operation.
At this level, you’re not just following procedures. You’re guiding others, identifying weaknesses in the system, and making informed decisions when something unexpected happens. You’ll learn how to interpret information, respond to incidents, and support your team in maintaining high standards even during busy or stressful periods.
By the end of this course, you’ll feel confident stepping into a leadership role where food safety isn’t just a task — it’s a responsibility you help others understand and uphold.
Assessments
This course contains online self assessments after each module and an online certification exam at the very end. The self assessments do not count towards the final examination marks but simply give you an idea of how you are doing. On successfully passing the final certification exam you will be issued with a certificate.
Duration & Other Information
You do not have to complete the online course in one sitting and you can also break it into small chunks if you wish. Should you have to leave the course unexpectedly, it will remember where you were the last time you left it. How long it takes you to complete the online course really depends on you but 2 hours and 30 minutes is a good guideline.
