First Aid Fundamentals

Description 

This introductory course provides the core knowledge and confidence needed to recognise and respond to common first‑aid situations. Learners will explore how to identify and manage everyday medical issues such as heart attacks, strokes, cuts, bruises, and minor injuries.

Please note: This course does not cover CPR or other advanced life‑saving techniques. For certified training in these skills, we recommend enrolling in our Cardiac First Response course, which offers more comprehensive, hands‑on instruction.

Duration & Other Information

You do not have to complete the online course in one sitting and you can also break it into small chunks if you wish. Should you have to leave the course unexpectedly, it will remember where you were the last time you left it. How long it takes you to complete the online First Aid Fundementals course really depends on you but 90 minutes is a good guideline. We use adaptive software so the course can be completed on your preferred device.
